Ramsay Health Care wins two new NHS contracts for Treatment
Centres at Bodmin and Clifton Park
Ramsay Health Care has won two new NHS contracts for Treatment
Centres. The success of these contracts depends on patients and GPs
choosing Ramsay services, hence the importance the company places
on continually improving patient satisfaction across all hospitals
and units.
Dr Andrew Field a General Practitioner in York said; ‘patient
care at Clifton Park has been exceptional over the last five
years with some of the highest patient satisfaction scores I have
seen, over 95% of patients were highly satisfied with the service’.
Dr Field went on to say; ‘ with the support of the local PCT and
working with other NHS organisations and Ramsay we now hope to
provide more new services to meet the needs of local people.’
